Business Visitor Visa

For foreign nationals attending business meetings, conferences, or negotiations in Canada without entering the Canadian labour market. No work permit required for genuine business visitors. Valid for up to 6 months per entry.

Executives, senior managers, and specialised knowledge workers can transfer from a foreign parent company to a Canadian branch or subsidiary via the International Mobility Program — no LMIA required.
