YNP Streams

Skilled Worker Stream

For workers with a full-time, genuine job offer from a Yukon employer in a NOC TEER 0–3 occupation. Must have relevant work experience (1+ year) and language skills (CLB 4–7 depending on NOC). Employer must demonstrate recruitment efforts.

Critical Impact Worker Stream

For workers in NOC TEER 4 or 5 occupations who fill critical gaps in the Yukon labour market. Employer must show the position cannot be filled locally. Requires at least 6 months of Yukon work experience.

Express Entry Yukon

Yukon selects Express Entry candidates with a connection to the territory and a valid job offer. Provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points, fast-tracking federal PR processing.

Business Nominee Program

For experienced entrepreneurs who want to own and manage a business in Yukon. Must have a minimum net worth of $500,000 and commit to a minimum investment. Business plan and in-person exploratory visit required.
