SINP Streams

International Skilled Worker — Employment Offer

For workers outside Canada with a full-time, permanent job offer from a Saskatchewan employer in an eligible occupation. Must score at least 60 points on SINP's assessment grid. Job offer is essential.

International Skilled Worker — Occupations In-Demand

No job offer required. Must have work experience in an occupation on Saskatchewan's In-Demand Occupations List. EOI system — candidates ranked on points and invited to apply. CLB 4–7 depending on NOC.

Saskatchewan Express Entry

For candidates already in the federal Express Entry pool who score high on SINP's criteria. SINP invites top-scoring EE candidates through regular draws targeting specific NOC codes and industries.

International Graduate

For graduates of Saskatchewan post-secondary institutions. Must have worked in Saskatchewan for 6 months after graduation in a qualifying occupation. No separate job offer required if working in the province.

Entrepreneur

Must have net worth of $500,000 CDN, business experience, and commit to a minimum investment of $300,000 (Regina/Saskatoon) or $200,000 (other communities). Performance agreement required before nomination.

Farm Owner / Operator

For experienced farmers wishing to purchase a Saskatchewan farm. Must have farming experience, net worth of $500,000, and a genuine intention to farm in the province full-time.
